If you are new around here, then this page will explain what is on offer:

EX-CHANGE

The ex-change is the name of our member forums. Since Febuary 2002, we've had more than 90,000 posts from thousands of new and veteran users all over the globe. In order to take part and really see what we're about, you need to register but don't worry, it's FREE!

As long as you keep posting within a 90-day period, you'll remain active. Be sure to visit the forum's terms of use page for some pertinent advice. Then register to start giving and receiving support (or just have a nosy!)

Please note:
1) This is a public forum. Therefor, if you want to remain anonymous - choose your nickname wisely and opt for a free SYBD email address (before signing up!) I can't change your name later - so heed my advice!

2) As SYBD is self-funded, if you do find that your membership has been valuable - either in terms of advice received or friendships made, then please become a Full member. More information on that is here.
